Manage Contract Defaults Details Subtask

Use this subtask to specify defaults for relevant contract fields.

For new records, you must save the record before you can populate this subtask. For existing records, you can edit the values on this subtask at any time.

None of the fields are mandatory. You can pre-fill any number of fields and leave the others as blank.

Field Description
Contract Record Tab This column displays the tab name in Manage Contracts where the specific contract field is located.
Contract Record Field This field displays the contract field name.
Contract Default Use the fields in this column to specify the default field values for new contract records.

For Contract Type records, the Contract Type field defaults from the Type Option specified on the main screen and cannot be edited. Similarly, the Project Type field defaults from Type Option and cannot be modified for Project Type records.
