UDT03S

Use this screen to maintain UDT03 records in stand-alone Time & Expense installations, or in co-deployed installations, to view data that populates from directly from Costpoint.

When Time & Expense is co-deployed with Costpoint, the fields on this screen populate directly from Costpoint > People > Labor > Labor Rate Controls > Manage Labor Locations/Locales and are display-only. Note also that records cannot be added, copied, or deleted

In stand-alone installations of Time & Expense, you can use UDT03 for the Department/Transaction code. It will be linked to UDT09 if you are using the Direct Department feature.

This field is the Labor Location / Local. You will use it only if employees need to change their Labor Location/Local code or if reports using the Labor Location/Local code are required.
