Setting up favorite tasks

Favorites allow you to designate your favorite tasks, reports, and inquiries to appear as your default Ajera menu, allowing you to navigate to them quickly.

Use the Show All option in the Ajera menu to find those menu items that are not a favorite. Select Hide All to go back to just favorites.

To set up favorite tasks

  1. Click > to open User Preferences.
  2. From the list of Available Tasks select tasks to add to the favorites menu.
  3. Click and drag favorite tasks to reorder them.
  4. Select Menu Separator to add a blue line between favorite tasks.
  5. Click Done to finish adding the favorite task.

To see the Favorites list, click to open the menu.
