Viewing session journals

Session journals are reports showing entries created, changed, and deleted in a session. They also show a recap of accounts affected by the entries.

To view session journals

  1. From the > Reports menu, click Session Journals. The list of session journals appears with all activity for today.
  2. To view session journals for a different time period or for time entry:
  • Click (Change View).
  • In the Date Range field, click the date or time period you want to view entries for. To choose a range of dates, click Select Dates and then enter the beginning and ending dates in the fields that appear to the right.
  • To include those session journals in the list, select the Include Time & Expense entry sessions check box.
  • Click OK.
  1. To view details for a session task, click the row for the task and click the View button.
  2. To print the report, click (Print).
  3. To export the report to a file, click (Export). You can export to Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat, or Microsoft Word.
