Setting up security for DPE/overhead distribution

Members of a role cannot set up and distribute direct personnel expense (DPE) and overhead costs unless you give them access.

Note: Give access to a limited number of employees. In this way, you can keep track of the DPE/overhead distribution.

To set up security for DPE/overhead distribution

  1. From the > Setup menu, click Company > Roles.
  1. Click the role you want to give access to distributing DPE/overhead, and click Edit .
  2. On the Company tab, select the Distribute DPE/overhead check box and the Preferences check box.
  3. Click Save.
