Setting up scheduling preferences

unavailable in ajeraCore

Set up preferences for color-coding the schedules in Schedule Manager. This way, you can tell at a glance who is available to work on your projects.

The color-coding appears in the schedules on the Employees tab. It also appears when you right-click an employee's total weekly hours in the schedules on the Projects tab.

Note: If Schedule Manager is open when you set up these preferences, you must close and reopen it before the color-coding appears.
