Locating an attachment folder

Before you begin

  • Ensure that the attachment you want to locate is not a URL. You can locate only attachments that are shared files.
  • If an attachment is highlighted in red, you cannot locate it. The highlighting is caused by one of the following:
  • The linked file no longer exists.
  • You do not have permission to view the file.

Correct by first unattaching the attachment and doing one of the following:

  • Find the file and relink to it.
  • Contact your network administrator for permission.

To locate an attachment folder

  1. In the Ajera window, click the Attachments tab or button.
  2. Click the attachment you want to locate.

If the attachment is a URL, Ajera cannot verify its path and the Show Folder button is unavailable.

  1. Click the Show Folder button.

The attachment path and folder appear in Windows Explorer.
