Inactivating a custom field
When you inactivate a custom field, it no longer appears on the window. Unlike deleting the field, you can use it again by making it active.
To inactive a custom field
- From the > Setup menu, click Company > Custom Fields.
- In the table, double-click the window where you want to inactivate a field.
- Click the field you want to inactivate, and click Edit .
- In the Status field, select Inactive.
- Click OK.
