About Intelligent Character Recognition (ICR)

Mobile Expense for Ajera now allows you to add receipts and attachments using ICR.

Deltek has partnered with Veryfi to bring the receipt ICR technology to you, allowing you to create or update expense report entries and retrieve expense information quickly and easily by taking photos of receipts. You also have the option to combine receipts into a PDF and attach the file to your expenses.

In order to use ICR for Mobile Expense:

  1. Enable the Use ICR for Mobile option in Time & Expenese Entry preferences.
  2. Enable the ICR Expense option for activities.
