Enabling Upload Attachments for Ajera Cloud users

To enable Upload Attachments for Ajera Cloud

  1. From > Setup menu, select Company > Preferences.
  2. Check the Request Upload Attachments check box.

Once Upload Attachments is ready for you, the Upload Attachments Enabled check box will be checked.

Note: It may take up to 6 hours for Upload Attachments to be available.
