Changing backup attachments when printing a client invoice

You can change which attachments are printed with the final client invoice.

To have all backup attachments automatically selected for printing with the client invoice:

  1. Click > Manage > Project Command Center > Invoice tab and check the Print backup attachments with invoice check box.
  2. Click Save.

To change the backup attachments for a client invoice

  1. Open the client invoice you want to change.
  2. Change the client invoice number, status, and dates, as needed.
  3. Click the Backup Attachments tab.
  4. Select the check box in the Print column to print the backup attachments with the client invoice.
Note:

The transaction must be Billable status in order for the backup attachments to display.

The following file types can be printed: PDF, BMP, GIF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, TIF, TIFF.

  1. Click Select All to have all backup attachments print with the client invoice.
  2. To not print any of the backup attachments with the client invoice, click Deselect All.
  3. Click Preview to preview the invoice with the backup attachments.
  4. Click Save to save any changes.
