Viewing a paycheck

To view a paycheck

  1. If you are not already viewing the Paycheck List window, from the > Manage menu, click Payroll.
  2. Multi-company only. Select a company.
  1. Click the payroll that contains the paycheck you want to view, and click Edit.
  2. On the Paycheck List window, click the paycheck that you want to view, and click Edit. The Paycheck tab of the Edit Paycheck window appears.

The Paycheck tab is a view-only summary of the employee's paycheck. It contains the information that appears on the employee's paycheck stub. Use the other tabs on this window to make changes to the paycheck. Note that a negative pay is highlighted in red.
