Syncing with Cosential

You can integrate Ajera with Cosential customer relationship management software. When activated, the integration can import projects, clients, and client contacts from Cosential into Ajera.

Before you begin

• Set up the Ajera-to-Cosential Integration
• Refer to the Ajera Installation Guide for details about the Ajera-to-Cosential Integration.

To sync with Cosential

1. From the Ajera > Setup > Company menu, click Utility > Synchronize with Cosential. The first time you sync with Cosential, Cosential imports all Ajera project templates into Cosential.
   
   Note: If this menu option does not appear, verify that Cosential is set up on the > Setup > Company > Preferences > Project tab. Refresh your browser.
2. In Cosential,associate each Cosential opportunity or project with an Ajera project template and click Send to Ajera. You must click the Send to Ajera button for each Cosential project or opportunity to mark it as ready to import into Ajera.

3. In Ajera, go to the > Setup > Company menu, click Utility > Synchronize with Cosential to import the marked Cosential information.
