Deleting a billing rate table

You cannot delete a table if it is currently being used for a project, but you can choose to make the table inactive. An inactive table does not appear in the list of tables, but it is still used for existing projects.

To delete a billing rate table

1. From the > Setup menu, click General > Billing Rate Tables.
2. View rate tables in the list window differently if needed.

3. Click the rate table you want to delete, and click the Delete button.

If the table is used for other projects, a message appears that the table will not be deleted but made inactive.

4. Click Yes to delete the table.
5. Click Close.
