About Ajera e-Filing

Deltek partnered with Nelco (a specialist in W-2 and 1099 reporting) to provide Ajera e-Filing, a fee-based service for filing your firm's Form W-2s, Form 1099s, and Form 941 electronically.

How it works in Ajera

In Ajera, you prepare, print, and confirm the accuracy of your government forms. When ready, you create an Ajera e-Filing account with Nelco. Depending on your state, you may have to review and complete a state reconciliation form, so have your records ready.

Nelco takes it from there. For a fee, Nelco electronically files your government forms to state (W-2 only) or federal government. Nelco can also print and mail the forms to your recipients - or you can print the forms from Ajera and mail them yourself.

Nelco keeps previously filed forms on record for the current year and two years prior. Be sure to print and keep records of all the forms you file.
