Revision Explanation Dialog Box
When you are using Navigator 1.7 with Vision 7.2, you may be required to provide an explanation if you revise the hours entered on an existing timesheet for a date prior to today. If required, the Revision Explanation dialog box displays after you save or submit your timesheet.
The requirement to explain a revision, when the Revision Explanation dialog box displays, and other timesheet processing capabilities depend on how your system administrator defines settings in Vision. Refer to the options listed in Checklist: Configuring Vision for Navigator Timesheets for more information, and contact your system administrator if you have questions.
