Refine Search by Project Name or Number

After you select the criteria for the project search, the list of active projects that match the criteria displays. You can further refine this list to display by project name or project number.

To refine the search results list to display by project name or number, complete the following steps:

1. On the My Settings dialog box, specify how you want to display the search results: by Name or Number.
2. Refresh your internet browser for the options to take effect.
3. In the Search field, enter the search text. Navigator updates the search results list to display matching records. This list displays by project name in alphabetical order, or by project number in sequential order.
4. Select a project from the list. The project's information displays on the Dashboard.
