Create a Custom Search with My Selection Set
Use the My Selection Set option on the Projects pane to specify criteria for a custom project search.
To create a custom search, complete the following steps:
- From the selection drop-down list at the top of the Projects pane, select My Selection Set.
- Select one or more filters to specify search criteria. Navigator updates the number of records in the pane for the given criterion. For example, if you have 79 project managers and select 3 from the list, the Project Manager filter lists 3 of 79 in dark gray.
- Click Finish to save your selection criteria and execute the search. Vision Navigator analyzes your search filters, checks your Vision Security role, and then generates a list of matching projects. The custom search is saved and Vision Navigator continues to apply the criteria until you create a new custom search.
- Click the X on the field to clear the selections in the individual search filters, or click Clear All to clear all search filters in the My Selection Set panel at one time.
