Display the Invoice Lookup Dialog Box (Transaction Center)

You display this dialog box from the Cash Receipts form.

1. In the Navigation pane, select Transaction Center > Transaction Entry > Cash Receipts.
2. Create a new cash receipt transaction or select an existing one.
3. If you are modifying an existing transaction, at the end of the row, click or > View Details.
4. In the Project Information grid of the Cash Receipts form, add a detail line.
5. In the Invoice field, click .
   The Invoice Lookup dialog box lists all the invoices. You can filter the list by client or by project, and then select an invoice.

Alternatively, you can select a project first on the Project Information grid, and then click in the Invoice field. The Invoice Lookup dialog displays only the invoices that are associated with that project.
