Defect 2388223: This occurred when you reselected a line item in a new Create Voucher from PO entry that was previously saved in another Create Voucher from PO. For non-billable projects, when you used the voucher, it used the Reimbursable Account from the Items Categories tab on the Purchasing & Company Settings form in the desktop application, instead of the Direct Account.
