Software Issues Resolved

Billing >> Invoice Approvals

Defect 2255871: This issue occurred after you removed an employee from the Delegate Approvals To field on the General tab in My Preferences and you submitted an invoice for approval. The employee who was no longer delegated to approve draft invoices on your behalf was incorrectly listed as an approver in the Approver field in the Invoices grid on the Invoice Approvals form, in addition to your name.

Hubs >> Projects >> Contract Management

Defect 2257586: This issue occurred when the Multicurrency feature was enabled but the Multicompany feature was not. When you selected the Include in Fees checkbox on the Contract tab, you received the following error message: "To include a contract in fees, you must first fully distribute the contract amounts to the lowest work breakdown structure level using the contract details grid."

Hubs >> Projects >> Project

Defect 2208881: This issue occurred when you used Bulk Update to update multiple records in list view in any hub. If any user-initiated or scheduled workflow applied to the hub records during the Bulk Update process, the workflow action was only applied to the first record that was updated.

Defect 2227370: This issue occurred when you added a new phase and entered the phase number with a trailing space in the Number field. If you then added a new task, you could not open the task in the Edit Project Structure grid.

Defect 2252996: When you navigated between rows in list view, the application unnecessarily called on the Billing Client, even if it wasn't selected in the grid, causing performance issues.

Defect 2268246: This issue occurred when you ran an advanced search with Show Results set to Project and View Mode set to Tree. If you then used grid column search filters in list view, the grid displayed results that were based on the WBS1 level instead of all WBS levels.

My Stuff >> Reporting

Defect 2107310: When you added a lookup, a number user defined field, or a dropdown user defined field in the report column selection for the Aged Unbilled Revenue report, a query execution failure for dataset 'ReportDataset' occurred.

Defect 2243198: A discrepancy occurred between the JTD Effective Multiplier value in the Key Metrics report and the same value in the Project dashpart base.

Defect 2259401: On the Tax Analysis Report, the Vendor/Company/Employee Name column for invoice transactions displayed the primary client from the project record, instead of the billing client associated with the posted invoice.

Defect 2263197: When you set the date format to any of the date-month-year options in My Preferences, you received the following error message when you ran the Time Analysis report: "Start date must be before or equal to end date."

Defect 2268280: On the Aged Unbilled Revenue Report, unbilled amounts were displayed in aging columns even when the revenue amount and billed amount were equal.

Defect 2269451: When a purchase order inventory item's quantity was set to zero, you received the following error message when you ran the Inventory Transaction History report across all items: "An error has occurred during report processing. (rsProcessingAborted) Cannot read the next data row for the dataset 'ReportDataset.' (rsErrorReadingNextDataRow)"

My Stuff >> Timesheet

Defect 2263543: When the Automatically Approve Submitted Timesheet With Zero Hours checkbox was not selected in Approval Workflows Settings, you received the following error message if you submitted your timesheet with no hours: "No hours to submit."

Resource Management >> Resource View

Defect 2221106: After you upgraded to Vantagepoint 7.0, you were unable to open most of your saved resource management reports.

Settings >> General >> Analysis Cubes

Defect 2240668: When you searched the Analysis Cubes Project Location State-Province dimension in Vantagepoint Intelligence, it displayed an incorrect list if states in different countries had the same state code.

Settings >> Security >> Roles

Defect 2260686: This issue occurred for a security role if its row level security was set up in Vision before you upgraded to Vantagepoint and if row level security criteria contained a greater than (>) or less than (<) operator (for example, Project Number > X). On the Record Access tab (in Settings > Security > Roles), when you clicked the Record Level View or Record Level Update magnifying glass for a row in the Record Level Access grid, the Edit Search dialog box could be blank.

Transaction Center >> Transaction Entry >> AP Vouchers

Defect 2244115: When you copied an AP voucher from a previously posted voucher using the voucher lookup, the tax amount was doubled.

Utilities >> Integrations >> Connect

Defect 2256035: When you created an activity from an email message in Vantagepoint Connect, employees in the email were not included as attendees for the activity. This issue occurred if your role security did not have record access to the employee record for employees in the email message. In this situation, Vantagepoint should have ignored your employee record access settings in Roles Security and allowed you to associate any employee with the activity.
