Software Issues Resolved

Billing >> Interactive Billing

Defect 2076714: This issue applies if you use billing groups. On the Interactive Billing form, when you opened a subproject in a billing group, you made a change to a field with fee information, and you saved the change, the main project was displayed instead of the subproject.

Defect 2163247: If you changed the dates for a project on the Billing Session Options dialog box, after you made changes to other projects without leaving Interactive Billing, the dates were incorrectly applied to the other projects the next time that you left Interactive Billing and then returned to the application.

Dashboards

Defect 2010005: In dashparts with the AR Detail dashpart base, the Invoice Total column displayed a grand total value even for those with 0.00 as the value for subtotals.

Defect 2078842: The Upcoming Employee Availability system dashpart displayed employee availability based on the utilization percentage instead of the scheduled percentage. This issue occurred when you specified the following settings:

Defect 2125368: When you compared the value in the AR Retainer column from a dashpart with the Project dashpart base to the value in the Project Retainer field from the AR Ledger report, the values did not match.

Defect 2155412: When you displayed a drill to dashpart with the AR Detail dashpart base from a dashpart with the AR Detail dashpart base, you received this error message: "Object Reference not set to an instance of an object."

Hubs >> Projects

Defect 2125410: When you used the Project API, child levels such as phases or tasks could be created without an existing parent.

Hubs >> Projects >> Billing Terms

Defect 2156106: When you copied the billing terms from another project with Scheduled Billing enabled (without altering the copied fees), the Billing Phase line items did not copy unless you modified the copied values. When you simply copied and saved the record, no data was actually copied. However, when you altered the value of the fee in a line that you copied and clicked Save, the data remained copied but the values on the project from which you were copying were deleted.

Hubs >> Projects >> Plan

Defect 2131432: When your role had limited record level access for projects, a performance issue occurred when you accessed Resource Planning.

Hubs >> Projects >> Project

Defect 2123824: When Enable Overall Revenue was enabled at the WBS1 (project) level and you added new WBS2 (phase) and WBS3 (task) levels to the project, the Enable Overall Revenue Limit value from the parent level was copied to the new WBS2 or WBS3 level.

My Stuff >> Approval Center

Defect 2165107: This issue occurred when an employee resubmitted a rejected timesheet or expense report. When another employee also submitted records for approval, Vantagepoint displayed an incorrect submitter in the approval timeline.

My Stuff >> Expense Report

Defect 1993030: This issue occurred when you, in the Expense Report grid, added an expense line, saved the record, and then removed the value in the Category field, which is a required field. When you saved the expense report and Vantagepoint validated the data, required fields were highlighted except for the blank Category field.

My Stuff >> Reporting

Defect 2125458: On the Options tab of the Gains Losses and Revaluation Detail report, when you selected Include Payment Transactions, cash receipts did not display in the results.

My Stuff >> Timesheet

Defect 2167582: When timesheet details were deleted from an approval record, you could not access the Timesheets form and you received the following error message: "The operation has timed out."

Proposals >> Custom Proposals

Defect 2126596: When you exported a proposal to Microsoft Word and then copied the contents to Adobe InDesign, the hyphens and dashes did not display in the copied text.

Settings >> Accounting >> Units

Defect 2154474: This issue occurred for users who did not have the Purchasing module and who belonged to roles that did not have full access to all menu items in the database. When affected users searched for unit tables on the Unit Tables form, they received this error message: "You do not have Access."

Settings >> Resource Planning >> Alerts

Defect 2133120: When you published a plan, Vantagepoint sent an email alert and displayed an alphanumeric text string in the Modified by field and Checked Out by field, instead of displaying usernames.

Transaction Center

Defect 2169636: This issue applies if you have units enabled for timesheets. On the Timesheet Corrections tab in Time and Expense Posting, timesheets that containned units were not removed from the Timesheet grid when you clicked the Post Reversal action on the grid toolbar.
