Billing

Defect 1970772: In Interactive Billing and Batch Billing, when you selected Print for an invoice, the invoice preview was slow to open. This issue occurred if the invoice template for the invoice had an image attached to the invoice header or footer and you had a large number of images in the Vantagepoint database.

Defect 1965283: This issue occurred in Interactive Billing when you printed an invoice with the Billing Backup report. The report displayed some expenses with quadrupled amounts, but the amounts on the invoice were correct.


Hubs >> Projects

Defect 1916814: This issue occurred in the Projects hub when you switched between Project, Project Review, and Contract Management. The application stopped functioning and you received a "Please Wait" message.


Hubs >> Projects >> Plan

Defect 1962810: On the Labor tab, in the Plan calendar, the Planned Billing field displayed an incorrect amount. This issue occurred because the cost rate was used in the calculation, instead of the billing rate.

Defect 1963737: On the Labor tab of the Plan form, in the middle grid section, the amount in the ETC Hours field for a resource was calculated incorrectly. This issue occurred when you rescheduled dates such that the Assignment End date was the day after the job-to-date (JTD) date or when you reassigned the hours up until the estimate-to-complete (ETC) date.

Defect 1965776: On the Labor tab, the amounts for the Planned Cost and Planned Billing fields at the task level (WBS3) did not tally with the amounts indicated in the phase level (WBS2). This issue occurred when, on the Labor tab in Other Actions » Plan Settings, there were two different generic resource assignments with different rates.

Defect 1971186: This issue applied for projects with an awarded (won) stage that used the Use Revenue Forecasts allocation method. On the Project Forecast report, the JTD Earned Revenue column was not calculating correctly. Other columns that used the JTD Earned Revenue amount in their calculation also showed incorrect amounts.


Purchasing >> Purchase Orders

Defect 1877903: You could not display a purchase order on the Purchase Orders form if you applied autonumbering to the Firm and Vendor number fields in Settings » Workflow » Numbering.


Purchasing >> Request for Price Quote

Defect 1955700: This issue applies if you use approvals for requests for price quotes and you had the Do Not Allow Employees to Approve Records They Have Created checkbox selected on the Workflow tab in Setting » Workflow » Approval Workflows (in the desktop application). On the Request for Price Quote form in Purchasing » Request for Price Quotes, when an approver reassigned the approval to the creator of the approval, an incorrect error message displayed: "Object reference not set to an instance of the object." The error message should have stated: "Some assignments were not added because the Employee is the creator of a record."

Defect 1955701: This issue applies if you use approvals for requests for price quotes. In Purchasing » Request for Price Quote (in the desktop application), on the Request for Price Quote form, you incorreclty received the following error message "Object reference not set to an instance of an object." This issue occurred when the following applied:

  1. On toolbar of the the Requiest for Price Quote form, you clicked List View.

  2. On the toolbar in list view, you clicked Approvals » Reassign.

  3. On the Change Assignment dialog box, you selected either Add New Assignment or Move New Assignment, added an employee, and clicked OK.
