Defect 1732919: When you tried to save an undistributed contract to a lower level of the work breakdown structure, you received the following error message: "Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'dbo.ContractDetails' with unique index 'ContractDetailsWBS1WBS2WBS3ContractNumberIDX'.....The statement has been terminated."

This issue occurred when you had the following settings specified on the General tab of the Contract Management form in Settings » Projects » Contract Management:

• Project Entering Method was set to At Lowest Level Only (System will automatically Update Higher Levels).

• Synchronize Contract Values to Project Compensation was set to Yes.

Defect 1732915: This issue applies if you use the Markup on Draft Invoices feature (turned on in Settings » Billing » Options). In Draft Invoice Approvals, you received the following error message when you selected a project that had a draft invoice that was submitted from Batch Billing: "Record xxx already exists and cannot be added."

Defect 1734357: Duplicate work breakdown structure levels were incorrectly displayed on the Plan form when you added a new phase or task to a project if both of the following applied:

• You had auto numbering enabled for projects.

• You had a user-initiated workflow for projects that was set up with an Insert/Associate change and a Validate Error action.

Defect 1732921: On the User Defined File Format tab on the Banks form, when you changed the entry in the Line Type field to Detail 1 and you tried to add a detail line in the Vendor grid, you received the following error message: "Start: Line Overlapping for Field Number 0 and 1. Please check Start and Length columns.”
