Upgrading Vision to Vantagepoint
New Pre-Upgrade Data Checks Added
You can run Vision-to-Vantagepoint upgrade scripts prior to upgrading to Vantagepoint to detect structural and data conditions in Vision plans that can cause issues when a plan is converted to a Vantagepoint plan. In Version 3.5.2, those scripts include some new checks for rare problem scenarios, with the goal of making the pre-conversion plan validation as comprehensive as possible.
If you are notified that a plan failed one of these checks and you want the plan to be converted to a plan in Vantagepoint, correct the problem condition in Vision before you upgrade. In most cases, if you do not correct the problem, the plan will not be converted to Vantagepoint.
For complete information about converting plans when you upgrade to Vantagepoint, go to the Vantagepoint Readiness Portal, navigate to Manage Your Upgrade > Upgrading to Vantagepoint, and review the following:
Under Important Release Documentation: “Resource Planning – Considerations, Upgrade and Settings Guide.”
Under Vantagepoint Upgrade Checklists: “Resource Planning – Upgrading Vision Plans to Vantagepoint 3.x for Cloud Customers” or “Resource Planning – Upgrading Vision Plans to Vantagepoint 3.x for On Premise Customers.”
Revenue Forecasting
Vision-to-Vantagepoint upgrade scripts have been updated to support the conversion of forecasted revenue from Vision plans. You control which revenue forecast values to convert for each upgradeable Vision plan.
For complete information about converting revenue forecasts when you upgrade to Vantagepoint, go to the Vantagepoint Readiness Portal, navigate to Manage Your Upgrade > Upgrading to Vantagepoint, and review the Resource Planning-related documents under Important Release Documentation and Vantagepoint Upgrade Checklist.
SF330 Proposal Log Updates Proposals Grid in Projects Hub
Federal agencies use the SF330 form to obtain information about professional qualifications from architecture and engineering firms. When you use the SF330 feature in the Smart Client (desktop) version of Vantagepoint Proposals, the Proposal Log now updates the Proposal Type field on the Proposals grid in the Projects hub. You can also select any project for the proposal, regardless of the project’s stage.

Defect 1328210: When you selected Asset Management » Disposal Processing in the desktop application and then chose an asset to dispose and selected Scrapped from the Disposal Type drop-down list, the resulting Asset Summary report displayed a gain amount, instead of the correct loss amount, for the scrapped asset.
Defect 1319293: When you printed or previewed an invoice, there was a discrepancy between the reported amounts in the Total Labor fields and the total of the amounts for the employee labor line items. The invoice totals included overtime premium hours, even if it used a non-billable labor code, as long as there was at least one employee whose labor hours were included in the list.
Defect 1323261: In Interactive Billing, a project's structure in the upper left corner of the form disappeared every time that you updated the fee on the Fees tab.
Defect 1331172: This issue occurred in projects (WBS1) that had phases (WBS2) and tasks (WBS3) defined in the work breakdown structure. On the Invoice Accept dialog box, when you entered a value in the Task field, the results were not filtered accordingly.

Defect 1342368: When you completed the following steps, the wrong transaction displayed on the Bill Labor Write-off dialog box that opened when you tried to write off a transaction in the Labor grid on the Labor tab in Interactive Billing:
You selected a transaction in the grid, clicked Write-off, and wrote off a portion of the transaction.
You cleared the Bill check box for the resulting two transactions involved in the writeoff.
You sorted the contents of the Labor grid by date.
You selected another transaction to write off that was located directly above or below the transactions for the previous writeoff, and then clicked Write-off.
The Bill Labor Write-off dialog box displayed information for the transaction that you previously selected to write off.
Defect 1332446: The following occurred in the Payments grid on the Payments tab of the Bank Reconciliation form when you individually selected the Cleared check box for multiple payments: The second and subsequent payments that you cleared each had their Cleared check box automatically uncleared while Vantagepoint automatically saved the previously cleared payment. You then had to reselect the Cleared check box for each subsequent payment, which took significantly longer to complete.
