Defect 1299583: This issue applies if you use the Vantagepoint add-in for Microsoft Outlook. Users without access rights to the Employees hub could not add an activity with the Vantagepoint add-in for Microsoft Outlook.

Architecture

Defect 1286340: When Project Record Access was set to Read only in Security » Roles, you could not view the entire description in the Description grid on the Proposals tab of the Projects hub.

Defect 1300998: On any grid, when you pinned a column and then scrolled horizontally across the grid, the component options for the column appeared behind it. As a result, you then had to click on the pinned column to display the options list.

Billing >> Interactive Billing

Defect 1291113: The Total Pre-Invoice Applied amount was incorrectly included on an invoice in Interactive Billing when the invoice template for the invoice did not have any of the pre-invoice columns selected for inclusion on the invoice.

Defect 1298444: When you final accepted an invoice in Interactive Billing, the Invoice Accept dialog box incorrectly showed a unit line with no ledger account. When you clicked Accept on the dialog box, you received a "nBillAccount was blank" error. This issue occurred if you selected the Review GL Details on Accept check box on the Billing Session Options dialog box.

Defect 1304626: You were unable to insert records in Interactive Billing for any WBS level that was approved for use in processing (specified on the Accounting tab in the Projects hub) if any of the lower-level WBS records were not approved for use in processing.

On the Invoice Approvals form, when you clicked Open in Draft Invoices for an invoice in the grid, the invoice values that displayed in the Draft Invoice Details grid on the General tab of the Draft Invoice Approvals form were correct. However, the Billing Currency field incorrectly displayed the project currency instead of the billing currency for the project. The currency displayed correctly on a printed invoice.

Defect 1311661: The billing invoice approval process incorrectly sent email alerts for each invoice when the approval process alerts were set to Per Session in Configuration » Billing » Invoice Approval Process in the desktop application.

Cash Management >> Bank Reconciliation

Defect 724008: When you saved a bank reconciliation that had a direct deposit with a zero amount, you received the following error: "[expression must evaluate to a node-set]. A direct deposit entry with a zero amount shouldn’t have been included in a bank reconciliation."

Defect 736056: A cash receipt was incorrectly excluded in the uncleared balance on the Summary tab for the current month's bank statement when you opened a bank statement for the current and future months and you cleared the cash receipt in the future month. The uncleared receipt balance on the current month's statement should have included the cash receipt that was cleared on the future bank statement.

Cash Management >> Employee Payments

Defect 1307739: When processing an employee payment run, you received an error message that read "Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'exChecksTaxPK'." This defect occurred if an expense report included in the payment run had a reverse tax charge.

Cash Management >> Void Payment

Defect 1308936: This issue applies if you have Tax Auditing enabled and you configured discounts to apply to taxes on the Discounts tab in Settings » Cash Management » Accounts Payable. Defect 1308292: When you copied the billing terms from another project, the phases to post in the Fee Billing Phases grid were also copied to the new project. This occurred even if the Approved for Use in Processing option was not selected for the phase on the new project on the Accounting tab of the Projects form.

Defect 1308860: This issue applies if you have multiple phase groups for your project. On the Fees tab of the Billing Terms form, when you clicked the Phase Grouping option to access the Billing Phase Grouping dialog box, you could not view the column headers, sort the contents, or scroll through the entries in the grid.

Hubs >> Projects >> Planning

Defect 1301078: If you provided an actual start date and estimated completion date for a lower-level work breakdown structure (WBS) element (a phase or task, for example) when you created a new project, those dates were correctly saved and displayed on the Dates & Costs tab of the Projects form for that WBS element. They should also have been used as the plan start and end dates for that WBS element, but they were not. Instead, the actual start date and estimated completion date at the project level were used as the plan start date and plan end date for all lower-level WBS elements.
