Defect 989679: This issue occurred when you were using a database that did not use multicurrency and did not require transactions dates to be within the current fiscal year. If you set up options in Saved Options on the Revenue Generation form and then used those saved options, the transaction date for transaction entries incorrectly displayed as the date on which you saved the options.
Description 1289773: On the Invoice Creation tab of the Batch Billing form, if you selected options, clicked the Save Current Options link, and then ran a project search, the saved options were not displayed in the project search.
Defect 1276838: When you downloaded an invoice for editing (Other Actions » Download for Editing on the Interactive Billing form) and edited the invoice using Microsoft Word or RTF, the Billing backup report and supporting documents were not included.
Defect 1293585: This issue applies if you log on to Vantagepoint using the Francais (Canadian), Francais (France), or Germany (German) language. In Interactive Billing, when you updated the dates in Billing Session Options for a project with unbilled transactions and you submitted an invoice for approval, the following occurred: The invoice preview in Draft Invoice Approvals showed the correct invoice dates, but the dates in the Billing Session Options now incorrectly showed a date that was a day earlier than what you originally entered.
Defect 1295790: In Interactive Billing, when you opened a project with unbilled transactions and you clicked Other Actions » Download to Edit, the Edit Invoice As field on the Edit Invoice dialog box incorrectly had a 1 instead of Rich Text Format (RTF) in the drop-down list.
Defect 1297222: This issue applies for projects with Percent Complete by Phase, as Fixed Amount selected as the Fee Method in Billing Terms when you use billing phases and categories and revenue categories. In Interactive Billing, after you accepted an invoice for the project, the Prior Fee Billing amount on the Fees tab was not updated with the invoice amount; it remained 0. The Current Fee amount should have displayed 0, but it incorrectly displayed the amount that you just billed. If you do not use revenue categories, the Prior Fee Billing amount was overstated, and the Current Fee amount was incorrectly updated as a negative amount.
Defect 1298237: When you attempted to print an invoice, you received an error message: "Index (zero based) must be greater than or equal to zero and less than the size of the argument list."
Defect 1290603: When you, as an invoice submitter, made changes to an invoice in Interactive Billing, the changes were not reflected on draft invoices in Billing » Invoice Approvals. This problem occurred when you did the following:
In Interactive Billing, you (as a submitter) assigned an invoice number and selected Other Actions » Download for Editing.
You edited the invoice in Microsoft Word, saved it as a PDF, and then uploaded the edited invoice.
