Defect 2842822: When you drilled down on Reimbursable Expenses/Consultants in Project Review, all transaction lines for non-vendor transactions were displayed.
Defect 2835407: When you posted a transaction with the Use Files to Group Transactions setting disabled, the implicit side of the transaction used the Period End Date instead of the Transaction Date.
