Restrict Role Access to SOAP API By Default
Access to the SOAP API for all user roles is now restricted by default. If you have upgraded to Vantagepoint, you must manually provide access again by selecting the Allow Access to SOAP API check box on the Overview tab in Settings > Security > Roles.
Defect 1193179: When Revenue Generation (Accounting » Revenue Generation) was run for a project and a transaction file was automatically generated, an error occurred when the file was posted in the Transaction Center.
