The Touch Server for this version of the Deltek Vantagepoint mobile application has been upgraded to support PHP 7.3.15.
Defect 1261859: If you enabled Transaction Center approvals for journal entries and you tried to approve a journal entry file created by Labor Cross Charges that contained $0 amounts, you received an error message.
Defect 1208892: This issue applies for any type of approval workflow that you have turned on in Vantagepoint. It occurred when you assigned a delegate (on the General tab in My Preferences) to approve records in an approval administrator's absence. When an approval assignment could not be made for a number of different reasons, the approval task and email should have been assigned and sent to both the approval administrator and the administrator's delegate. The delegate did not receive the assignment or the email.
Defect 1265439: Certain letters in a project’s name were not printing correctly in the heading of the Billing Backup report. However, the letters printed correctly on the Billing invoices. The letters that did not print correctly had a mark above, below, or through them. Examples are Ä, á, ö, ø, and so on.
Defect 1255635: When you were in a prior accounting period and you processed a final invoice in Batch Billing, the correct billed period was not assigned to work-in-progress items accepted with the invoice.
Defect 1258335: This issue applies if you use billing invoice approvals, and you use email and the Notification Center for approval alerts. When you ran Batch Billing and submitted invoices for approval, if there were more than three invoices ready for approval by a particular approver, the email or notification showed only two projects.
Defect 1256051: On the Billing Groups form, when you clicked + Add Sub Project below the Projects included in Billing Group grid, you received the following error message: “An error has occurred.”
Defect 1261921: This issue applies in the following scenario:
In Settings » Billing » Fee, you have Enable Fee Entry by Billing Category set to Yes.
In Hubs » Projects » Billing Terms, on the Fees tab, you selected the Allocate Billed Revenue on Fee Invoices Based on Category check box and added a billing phase category.
On the Fees tab in Interactive Billing, you were able to change the amount in the Fee to Date field in the Billing Phase Category grid. The field should have been read-only.
Defect 1263861: Vendor Payment remittances were incorrectly printing on two pages instead of one, after remittances were emailed to recipients and a recipient printed the remittance from the email attachment. This occurred when the user record for the email recipient had the Page Size field set to A4 in the Default Printing Settings section of the Users form in Settings » Security » Users.
Defect 1249644: When you exported employee records in a comma-separated values (CSV) file from the Employees hub, employee records with hyphenated last names or email addresses had an extra space before the hyphen in the exported CSV file. This occurred even when the employee's last name or email address did not have a space before the hyphen in the Employees hub record.
Defect 1270189: In the Firms hub, if you used Other Actions » Copy to copy a firm record, you received the following error message: "Please review values on the Vendor tab."
Defect 1270195: When you added the Approved for Use in Processing field to the List view in the Firms hub, the value displayed as not selected even when it was actually selected for the respective vendor firm. It also displayed as editable when it should have been shaded (grayed out).
Defect 1260598: If you are assigned a security role that has access to Draft Invoice Approvals in the Projects hub but no access to Interactive Billing, you received a "You do not have access." error when you tried to display the Draft Invoice Approvals form.
Defect 1262904: When you displayed an invoice on the Draft Invoice Approvals form in the Projects hub, the dates in the Bill Through Date, Bill Through Period, and Period Start/End Date fields on the Billing Session Options dialog box did not match the dates previously set using the Billing Session Options dialog box in Interactive Billing when you submitted the invoice.
Defect 1254486: When you updated the Project Manager, Principal, or Supervisor field for a project while in the List view of the Projects form, an employee was added to the Team Members grid of the Team tab (in the Detail view of the Projects form) as expected. However, the Team Status field for the added employee was blank when it should have displayed the default value, “Proposed”.
Defect 1251074: When one of the multiple, assigned approvers approved an approval workflow step, the Approval Timeline incorrectly displayed "Multiple Approvers" instead of the individual approver's name.
Defect 1261832: When you created or modified a dashpart with the project dashpart base, the dashpart did not display the correct information when you used a custom field (created in Screen Designer) as a search criteria on the New Project Search dialog box.
Defect 1253490: On the Options tab of the Timesheet Audit Detail report, when you set the Only Include Timesheet for Projects field to Project, you received the error message: "You do not have access."
Defect 1257705: When you ran the Time Analysis report, you received the following error message: "SQL Reporting Error creating Time analysis RDL file..." This occurred if you included a calculated field in the report, but did not include columns for the fields used in the calculation.
Defect 1257786: You could not delete the Account Type grouping under the Group By column in the Grouping and Sorting section of the Columns & Groups tab for two reports:
the Balance Sheet report of General Ledger
the Consolidated Balance Sheet report of Consolidated GL
1257871: On the AR Statement report, when you added an image file, ran the report, and then saved the report as a favorite, the image was not saved in the Margins and Images section of the Options tab.
Defect 1261838: When you included the Promo Project JTD Hours column in the Project Hit Rate report, the column remained blank for linked promotional projects even though the projects included hours spent.
Defect 1266827: When you created a custom report and then selected a project record against which to run the report in Reporting, you received an error message.
Defect 1256079: This issue applies for employees who have a labor category entered for them in the Employees hub, and they had planned hours entered for a project in Hubs » Projects » Plan and time periods were included in the plan. In addition, in Settings » Time » Options, the Autopopulate from Plan Assignments option was set to Yes and the Labor Category field was set to Name in the Display on Time Entry section. When a timesheet was populated from a project plan, the labor category should have displayed from the value entered in the Employees hub for the employee.
Defect 1249439: The employee name displayed in the Owner field, found in the email notification that was sent when activities were created, was incorrect sometimes.
Defect 1204940: On the Select Searches list in Hubs » Projects » Project, when you selected + New Search and then selected Invoices » Invoice for your search criterion, Vantagepoint returned only the unpaid invoice records in the search results, instead of all invoice records.
Defect 1260629: When you edited the Secured/Hidden/Displayed column on the Field Security Rights dialog box and saved the change that you made, the column value reverted to Secured when you displayed the dialog box again.
Defect 1240749: When you copied a billing labor rate table to create a new one, not all the rate table rows were copied to the new table if there were more than 50 rows in the rate table.
Defect 1261872: When you tried to access the Users form, the Please Wait spinning wheel was displayed and the Users form did not display. This occurred if your role did not have access to the Settings » Security » Password Policies application.
Defect 1260572: If you received a Resource Assignment alert notification and tried to use the Click here link in the notification to go to the project plan, the plan never displayed.
Defect 1253527: In some fields, if you entered a value that did not follow the formatting in Deltek Vantagepoint, the values that you entered displayed in black font and without underlining, which incorrectly indicated that you could not tap them.
Defect 1254920: When you created AP invoice approvals, they were incorrectly associated with a previously created or open AP voucher transaction file. As a result, when you tried to approve and post those AP invoice approvals, you received a "Validation errors found" message and were unable to approve and post them.
Defect 1254921: If you entered a project but did not enter a lower-level WBS element for an AP invoice, Vantagepoint stopped functioning when you submitted the AP Invoice for approval.
Defect 1256078: Records in the Time and Expense Posting form were cleared (deselected) when both of the following were true:
You selected records on the Time and Expense Posting form.
You clicked Print to preview the Transaction List report.
Defect 1261957: On the Time and Expense Posting form, you could not post approved timesheets if they had timesheet lines with no hours entered.
Defect 1175647: The Amount field reflected the amount and currency used in the Source Relief field instead of converting the billing amount to the currency used in the transaction file or in the bank code. This error occurred if the cash receipt that you were entering used a different bank code currency from the billing currency used in the invoice (or the Source Currency Code).
Defect 1173391: This defect applies if you have multiple companies in Vantagepoint and you have enabled approvals Transaction Center Approvals in Transaction Settings.
