Find Purchase Orders Page Fields and Buttons

Use these fields and buttons to find a purchase order.

The search fields/filters are cumulative. For example, if you filter for a specific supplier AND a specific order status, only those POs that include that supplier's name AND that order status are displayed. If you do not get any results from your search, consider removing one of the filters.

You can click on any of the column headers to sort by that column.

Above the Grid

The fields listed below are the default fields. You can add additional filter fields by clicking the wrench and using the Search Filter Profiles pop-up.

You can use the percentage symbol (%) as a wildcard in any of the filter fields.

Field Description
This icon is located to the left of the Find Purchase Orders heading at the top of the page. Click to display the Search Filter Profiles pop-up to add, reset, or edit a filter profile.
PO... Use this filter to display POs with a specific number.
Supplier Use this filter to display only those POs that include a specific supplier name.
Order Status Use this filter to display only those POs that include a specific order status. For example, Not Ordered.
User Status Use this filter to display only those POs that include a specific user status. For example, Invoice Arrived.
Click to clear all filters.
Click to run the search.

Grid

Field Description
Black Wrench Click to display the Column Selector Profiles pop-up and select the columns that you want to display in the view.
PO # This column displays the system-generated PO number.
Date Created This column displays the date that the PO was created.
PO Name This column displays the PO name.
Date Issued This column displays the date that the PO was issued.
Owner's Department This column displays the owner's department.
Owner's Location This column displays the owner's location.
Supplier This column displays the name of the supplier.
Supplier Contact This column displays the name of the supplier contact.
Supplier Address This column displays the supplier's address.
Includes Jobs This column displays the jobs that are linked to the purchase order. Click the link to view details of the job.
Approval Status This column displays the approval status, for example, New.
Order Status This column displays the status of the order, for example, Not Ordered.
User Status This column displays the user-defined status, for example, Invoice Not Arrived.
PO Currency This column displays the currency in which the PO was created. It is blank if the PO was created using the base currency.
PO Amt This column displays the purchase order amount in the base currency.
PI Amt This column displays the purchase invoice amount in the base currency.
Paid Amt This column displays the amount, if any, that has been paid toward the order.
Date Modified This column displays the date that the purchase order was last modified. This is blank if it has not been modified since it was created.
Owner's Group This column displays the staff group to which the owner belongs.
UID This column displays the system-generated ID number of the purchase order record.
Open PO in New Window Click to open the purchase order in a new window.
Open PO Click to open the purchase order in the same window.

Field Description
Add PO Click to create a purchase order.
Click to export all open pages of data, or just the data on the current page, to a CSV format file.
Click to output the data to a custom HTML, CSV, PDF, or TXT format file.
