Tags
You use this page to work with tags.
Tagging is a powerful feature that lets you apply attributes (tags) to a wide variety of areas in TrafficLIVE.
Tags enable you to:
- Form collections of items outside of a traditional hierarchy.
- Find items based on their tags.
- Exclude a user from seeing items based on tags applied to an item and the Exclude tags applied in user permissions.
TrafficLIVE includes the following tag types:
- System Tags — Created automatically by TrafficLIVE, these include:
- Employee (Contact) Name
- Company
- Projects
- Jobs
- Quotes
- Traffic Employees (your staff; that is, people who work in your agency)
- Task Names
- System Labels — These classify system data, such as Babble.
- Free Tags — You can define free tags in Admin, and users can also add them. Users cannot crate tags on the fly; the tag library is managed centrally in Admin.
