Staff Workload Search
You use this page to search for allocation and booked time information.
The Staff Workload Search page allows you to search for:
- Allocation Groups — An allocation is based on the time between the very first date/time when a person is assigned to a single task to the last date/time when that same person is assigned to that task.
- Allocation Intervals — Intervals are the individual bookings that make up a Task Allocation Group. This search is useful when you want to see what particular job-based bookings your staff have on any given day or period of time.
- Booked Time — This is the time between the very first date/time when a person is assigned to a single booked time entry to the last date/time when that same person is assigned to that booked time entry.
- Booked Time Intervals — These are the individual bookings for booked time. This search is useful when you want to see what particular booked time entries your staff have on any given day or period of time.
