Staff Scheduler

One way to allocate tasks to staff is by using the Staff Scheduler.

  • Filter staff calendars by skill sets.
  • Split a task across multiple resources and times.
  • Assign resources to work on tasks at specific times. For example, you can schedule two hours on Monday and one hour on Friday.
  • Observe nonworking days and hours. TrafficLIVE automatically schedules work allocations around the working hours of the system.
