Use the Sales Funnel

Using the sales funnel helps you examine your sales pipeline.

To use the sales funnel, complete the following steps:

Click the icon above the search results grid.

Note: The sales funnel is most effective when you use it on quotes whose status is PROGRESS. It is important to click to refresh the sales funnel if you have changed search criteria since the last search.

The value and the factored value are displayed for each band of the sales funnel. TrafficLIVE calculates the factored value by multiplying the value of a quotation by its probability of proceeding.

The sales funnel provides a quick glance at the current quote progress, taking into account the following:

• The probability percentage of proceeding that was selected on the quote.
• The total value of the quote.

Deals are broken into four bands: 0-25%, Over 25-50%, Over 50-75%, and Over 75% of the value of the quote.
