Reschedule Booked Time

You can reschedule booked time on the same calendar.

To reschedule booked time, complete the following steps:

  1. Click Menu > Manage Agency > Staff Scheduler.
  2. On the Staff Scheduler page, use the staff tree view to select the employee for whom you want to reschedule booked time.
  3. In the calendar grid, select the booked time entry that you want to reschedule.
  4. Do one of the following:
    • If you only need to change the time, you can drag and drop the event to a new time slot.
    • If you need to change additional information, such as the description:
      1. In the Staff Scheduler sidebar, click the Booked Time tab.
      2. Edit the information as needed.
      3. Click and hold Drag to Reschedule, then drag it onto the calendar to the appropriate time slot. The booked time entry moves to the new time slot.
  5. Click Save.
