Remove an Allocation from a Task

You can remove an allocation from a task and return it to the resourcing pool.

To remove an allocation from a task and put it back into the resourcing pool, complete the following steps:

  1. Click Menu > Manage Agency > Staff Scheduler.
  2. In the Staff Scheduler sidebar on the Task Search tab, select the task for which you want to remove work.
  3. In the Info section, select the allocation that you want to remove.
  4. Click De-schedule.
  5. Click Save.
    Note: Another option is to de-select grouping, select the allocation to be removed, click De-schedule, and then click Save.
