Disable a User Account

You use this procedure to disable a user account.

When you disable users, they are locked out of TrafficLIVE, and they cannot be used as resources. A disabled user appears as disabled in all historical data and other existing records at the time that the user is disabled.

To disable a user account, complete the following steps:

  1. Click Menu > Admin > Company Management.
  2. In the Locations, Depts & Staff pane, select the employee whose account you want to disable.
  3. In the right-side pane, under the Account Actions group, click Disable.
  4. Click Update.
