Define User Skills via Charge Bands

TrafficLIVE scheduling uses user skills to display names of people who can do a job, in order of their availability. This is driven by entering which charge bands staff are most suited to work on. You use this procedure to define these charge bands.

To define charge bands for a user, complete the following steps:

1. Click Menu > Admin > Company Management.
2. In the Locations, Depts & Staff pane, select the employee for whom you want to define the charge bands.
3. In the right-side pane, on the Charge Bands tab, specify the user charge bands by dragging charge bands from the left-side box to the right-side box.
4. Click Update.
