Create a Time Sheet from the Weekly Time Sheet Page

You use this procedure to create a time sheet from the Weekly Time Sheet page.

You must have the appropriate permissions to create a time sheet.

To create a time sheet from the Weekly Time Sheet page, complete the following steps:

  1. Click Menu > Manage Agency > Weekly Time Sheets.
  2. In the Employee list, select the user for whom you want to create the time sheet.
  3. Double-click on a progress bar in the grid to display the <User Name> Time Sheet Entries for <Day Date> pop-up.
  4. Click Create Time Sheet.
  5. Enter all relevant information.
  6. Click Create.
