Create a Tender from the Quotes Page

Use these steps to create a tender from the Quotes page.

To create a tender from the Quotes page, complete the following steps:

1. Click Menu > Quotes > Quote Search to search for the quote.
2. In the Quote # column, click the quote number to display the quote.
3. On the Quote page, ensure that at least one estimated purchase has been entered.
4. Click Create Tender.
5. On the Tender page, enter a name for the tender in the Tender Name field. It must be a minimum of three characters long.
6. Provide information for all other fields as needed.
7. Click Create to create the tender. TrafficLIVE automatically assigns a tender number to the tender in the Tender # field and pulls the line items from the quote into the tender.
