Create a Purchase Order from the Purchasing Area

When you create a purchase order from the Purchasing area, you must link existing job purchases to the purchase order.

To create a purchase order from the Purchasing area, complete the following steps:

1. Click Menu > Purchasing > Purchase Order.
2. On the Purchase Order page, click Add PO. TrafficLIVE displays a blank purchase order page.
3. Enter a PO name and other relevant details.
4. Click Create.
