Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Display the Appraisal Administration Screen

Follow these steps to display the Appraisal Administration screen.

To complete these steps to access the Appraisal Administration Screen, you must first belong to a group that has access to the Appraisal Administration feature. On the Features Screen (Administration > Global Settings > System Administration > Features) expand Performance » Appraisal and select Appraisal Administration.

To access the Appraisal Administration screen:

  1. Click to display the Administration screen.
  2. In the Performance > Appraisals section, click Appraisal Administration.
    The Appraisal Administration screen displays a list of all active appraisals, by employee. Click the arrow to the left of an employee name to expand appraisals. Click Filter to refine this listing.
