Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Adverse Impact Report

Use this report to identify adverse impact incidents in your hiring practices in the United States.

Select a job title and click the Run button to run the report.

After running the report, the following actions are available:

Field Description
Download as CSV Click this button to save a copy of the report in .CSV (comma-separated values) format.
Download as Excel Click this button to save a copy of the report in .XLS (Microsoft Excel) format.
Download as PDF Select More Options > Download as PDF to save a copy of the report in .PDF (Adobe PDF) format.
Filter Again Select More Options > Filter Again to return to the previous screen and modify the filter options.
