Select Employees Step (360 Bulk Launch)

In this step you select the employee(s) who are being assessed.

Before performing these steps you must open the Bulk Launch 360 Screen.

To select the employee(s) who will be assessed in a 360 Bulk Launch:

  1. On the Select Employees Step, enter any or all of the following filter criteria to limit the employees for the bulk launch.
    Field Description
    Company/Division The company/division associated with the employees. Click Select Organization Unit to select.
    Manager The manager associated with the employees. Click Select to open a dialog and search for a manager.
    Location Groups The location groups.
    Locations The office location to which employees are assigned.
    Job Family The type of job.
    Job Role The category of employee, such as Individual Contributor or Lead.
    Job Classification Select Hourly or Salaried.
    Job Title Select a title to filter on.
    Salary Grade Select the salary grade.
    Date Select the Start Date or Hire Date. The Start Date is the date the employee started in the current position. The Hire Date is the date the employee was originally hired by the company. This field is used in conjunction with the next two fields.
    Date From Select the date when the employee started their current position.
    Date To Select the date when the employee was hired. If you use the Applicant Tracking System, this is the date when the Status of the employee was set to Hired.
    Exclude These Employees Click the Search for Employees button to search for employees who should not be included in the bulk launch.
  2. Click Preview to view the list of employees who match the filter criteria that you have selected.
  3. Click Next to proceed to the next step in the wizard.
