Create Custom TRM Letter Template

You can create Personal or Global custom TRM letter on the fly during Step 2: Campaign Scheduling. The Create New Letter option is the default selected value during campaign creation and the letter created is saved concurrently in the user’s Letter Templates.

To create a Custom TRM Letter Template:

  1. On Step 2: Campaign Scheduling, select Create New Letter under the Letter Template drop-down menu.
    This displays a Create New Letter Template modal window.
  2. Select the Type of your letter template: Personal or Global. A personal letter template is available only to you, while a global letter template can be used by anyone in your company.
  3. In the Name field, enter the name of your letter template.
  4. In the Subject field, enter the subject of your letter template.
  5. In the Body field, enter the content of your letter template. You can insert merge codes to your template by clicking Available Merge Codes.
  6. Click Upload File to add an attachment. You may also upload a Letter Header Image and a Letter Footer Image through the corresponding fields, as necessary.
  7. Populate the BCC and CC fields, to include additional recipients whenever you use this letter template.
  8. Click Submit.
    This brings you back to Step 2: Campaign Scheduling with your newly created template selected on the Letter Template field.
