Create a Requisition by Copying an Existing One

A quick way to create a new requisition is to base it on an existing one. You copy almost all the details from the existing requisition, add new details and, when necessary, change copied values to be valid for the new requisition.

You cannot copy a requisition that has a deactivated workflow or job profile, If you try to do so, you will receive an error message.

To copy a requisition:

  1. On the Main Menu Ribbon, click Recruiting » Requisitions » Manage Requisition.
  2. Locate the requisition that you want to copy and click » Copy.
    This takes you to the Define Requisition Step.
  3. Continue with the steps detailed in the Job Profile Library Method.
