Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Content Step (360 Bulk Launch)

Select items to include based on categories selected in the prior step.

Note: The process for bulk launching 360 assessments is a multi-step "wizard" process. Your process may not include this step. The number of steps to be taken is defined by which source option you selected: Best Fit Workflow, Choose Workflow, or Start From Scratch.

To select skills and competencies content:

  1. In the Available Items column is a list of all content that can be added to the assessment, organized by category. Hover over the information information icon for a description of the content. To select an item, click the add icon.
    The item is added to the Selected Items column.
  2. In the Selected Items column, hover over the information information icon for a description of the content.. You can drag and drop an item to reposition it in the list. To remove it from the list of selected contents, click the delete icon.
  3. Click Next to proceed to the next step in the wizard.
