Buttons and Icons of the Learning Path Profile Screen

The buttons and icons on the Learning Path Profile screen perform the following functions.

The visibility of the options listed here depends on the access settings of your user account. Depending on how your user account is configured, some of the options may not display on your screen.

Action Description
Create New Learning Path Click this to create a new learning path and make it available to students.
View All Learning Paths Click this to return to the Manage Learning Paths screen and see all the learning paths created for your organization.
More Options Click this to launch the drop-down list of additional actions you can perform on this screen.

Action Description
Add New Learning Requirement Click this to create a new learning requirement to ensure that students assigned to the learning path are able to completed it by a given deadline, and that alerts are in place if necessary.
Email Owner Click this to send an email to the "owner" of the learning path, the person who has primary responsibility for it.
Edit Click this to change course information. Only instructors and administrators have this option, not students.
Clone Learning Path Click this to create a new learning path by copying the details of an existing learning path.
Add a Course Click this to add a course to the learning path
Delete Click this to delete the entire learning path. You can delete a learning path only if there are no courses or active classes associated with the learning path.
Unable to Delete This displays if there are courses or active classes associated with the learning path, meaning that you cannot delete it.
