  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Appraisal Approver Section

This section contains the following columns.

Field Description
Division This is the business unit of the employee whose performance appraisal requires the offboarded user's approval.
Employee This is the name of the employee who is being appraised.
Job Title This is the job title of the employee who is being appraised.
Appraisal This is the name or title of the appraisal.
System Calculated Rating This is the Overall Rating, which is calculated based on the scores entered by the raters for all competencies, skills, and goals in the appraisal.
Manager Override Rating Depending on your organization’s settings, a manager may be able to override the automatically calculated Overall Rating. This displays the manager’s rating.
Manager This is the name of the employee’s manager.
Members This indicates that the offboarded user is a member of an Approval Chain. Reassigning this item to an active approver right away ensures that the performance appraisal proceeds without delay.
